You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to support your body’s natural healing. This experience is designed to help you unwind, recenter, and restore a sense of calm from the inside out, all in the cool comfort of Wildflower on 7th.
Note: this sound bath is held in a cozy community space, NOT a yoga studio. You’ll be lying down for most of the session, so your comfort is essential. For your ultimate comfort, please consider bringing:
