Intro to Improv Workshop: Playful Exploration for Presence & Connection

This donation-based beginner-friendly workshop invites you to explore improv as a practice of play and presence, not performance.

No acting, comedy, or experience required (actually, we prefer it like that!).

Through simple, low-pressure exercises, we’ll practice listening, responding, and being present with ourselves and others. The focus is on ease, curiosity, and connection in a supportive, welcoming environment.
