Jen will support you in setting intentions for this upcoming New Moon in Virgo and tuning you in to the frequencies of rebirth and renewal. The New Moon in Virgo is a beautiful time to manifest your visions, reset, and refocus. This is the energy we'll be working with during this sound bath session. The sound healing instruments she uses work with your chakras (energy centers), helping to move a lot of energy quickly, clear any blockages, and help you release anything you've been holding onto that is no longer serving you.
