Let your favorite songs carry you inward. This is not your typical sound bath. Rock & Relax weaves crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments with the energy of iconic rock music, reimagined in a meditative, melodic flow. Expect a soulful journey through sound that soothes your nervous system while awakening something deeper within.
You’ll be lying down for most of the experience, so your comfort is key. Feel free to bring whatever helps you settle in and soften.
No experience with sound baths (or rock music!) is necessary. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and your cozy gear.
