Sound Bath Vibes

Experience the healing power of sound in this relaxing group session. Sound Bath Vibes is a meditative sound healing experience where participants may sit in a chair or on the floor surrounded by soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more. Each session includes a 40-minute sound bath followed by time for questions and personal reflection. Benefits of sound healing include stress reduction and relaxation, improved mental clarity, enhanced mood and emotional release, better sleep and nervous system regulation, and deepened connection to self and spirit.
