This Summer Solstice mini retreat was a soulful offering from Cyndi Combs, Energy Alchemist in Vallejo, CA. Envisioned as a radiant 2-hour reset, the experience was designed to help participants release what no longer served them, realign with their highest self, and ignite their personal power. The retreat was to be held on the longest day of the year, a powerful portal for transformation, featuring empowerment journaling, crystal energy, a rejuvenating sound bath, and other heart-centered practices. I supported this offering through intentional strategy and design, contributing to the vision with marketing materials and a beautifully crafted integration workbook: tools created to help participants reflect, reconnect, and carry the retreat's energy forward.

Held during the Summer Solstice, this sacred gathering embraced the energy of growth, clarity, and transformation, a time to step fully into the light and align with one’s highest path. Even a single day immersed in this space created meaningful energetic shifts, awakened inner power, and inspired lasting change.

Women's Retreat
June 26th - 29th
I had the honor of assisting Intuitive Jen at her 3rd annual women's retreat in central Oregon. This beautiful gathering offered workshops and healing sessions to support deep inner exploration, connection with the elements, and a sense of grounded stability. Through powerful practices, meditations, and group discussions, participants discovered renewed purpose and alignment with their highest selves.

I facilitated an improv workshop that brought joy, laughter, and connection to the group, and I also supported the sound bath experience. Having attended this retreat the year before, it was a joy to return in a more active role. The weekend was a soulful blend of nature, rest, and sisterhood: an unforgettable experience!
