CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy for Events and Sessions
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to shift. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following cancellation policy for our events and private sessions:
Sound Healing Sessions & Small Events

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session/event start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event start time are non-refundable; you may instead gift or transfer your spot to a friend.
Retreats & Multi-Day Events

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit covers planning and preparation and will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Additional cancellation policies may vary depending on the retreat venue, accommodations, and other logistics. Specific refund and credit details will be provided at the time of booking.

If Soulful Fox cancels a retreat or event, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).
Credits for Future Events
Credits for future events may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you’d like to request a credit, please email us at melanie@soulfulfox.com.
Please note: Refunds and credits are not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations, as event planning and preparation are finalized well in advance.
