Stillness in Sound: A Seated Sound Meditation

Join us for a calming, chair-based sound healing experience designed to quiet the mind and deepen your connection to the present moment.

This 30-minute seated meditation combines the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to support a state of stillness and inner harmony.

Designed for comfort and ease, this sound meditation takes place in a seated position. Settle into a chair or a cushion on the floor and let resonant tones gently quiet the mind and invite a sense of calm presence.

Sessions begin at 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 pm. Each includes time for integration and optional reflection.

Space is limited to 8 participants per session.
